Hi ,
I am sure that we can change the channel bandwidth to 5MHZ and 10
MHZ successfully with the Madwifi , my chip is ar9280. Also, the ubnt 's
M2 and M5 have this function. But with openHAL may not work, because we
need change the channel ,related rate and so on.
you can find some useful things in ar5416InitPLL function, it
locates in common/hal/ar5416/ar5416_reset.c.

If you have two different radio cards, and both of them are
supported by your current driver, it should have two hal and can find
each other.

Thanks & Regards
John

Hi,

with the openHAL, can we change the channel width to 5MHZ successfully ?

I want to have two different radio cards on a platform. Is it possible to have 2 HALs side-by-side so that each card is detected by each HAL ?

thanks,
